Cause Description:
CWRM is a non-profit, non-denominational Christian organization providing physical and spiritual assistance to those in need by offering shelter, clothing, food, laundry service, counseling, and referrals. Each guest is required to meet with a case worker within 48 hours, and a program plan is established to give each person the opportunity, with accountability, to work on the individual issues that lead them to homelessness. The ultimate goal of each program plan is successful independent living. There's no time limit on a stay at the Mission. As long as guests continue working on their program, they can stay as long as they need. A program plan may consist of looking for work, attending rehab, going to school, or participating in our missionary training program. Each guest is held accountable to his or her plan and is given the love, support and encouragement of the staff to help them towards their goal of self-suffiency and life on their own.
