The Council is the only organization in the region that can speak with a unified voice for the arts and cultural organizations which comprise its membership. It's mission: advancing arts and culture throughout western Virginia by providing leadership in community cultural planning, educational programming, services for cultural organizations and artists, and arts and cultural advocacy.
