SPAY/USA is a national network of affordable/low-cost spay/neuter programs and clinics. We work with about 8,000 veterinarians in 1,000 locations nationwide. SPAY/USA also publishes a quarterly newsletter to help local groups and individuals be more effective at public education and outreach. SPAY/USA is now a program of The Pet Savers Foundation in Port Washington, New York. Donations are used for subsidy help, to print and distribute billboards and public service announcements, to publish the newsletter and to cover the cost of the toll-free line.
