The mission of The Arc of Union County is to assist people with mental retardation and other disabilities realize their potential and become integrated members of society. This is accomplished through the unification of the agency's employees, volunteers, families and clients working together to provide quality services and broad-based advocacy. Programs are available to individuals over their life span, promoting family support, education, employment opportunities, integration and socialization.
