FULTON COUNTY HUMANE SOCIETY is a non-profit agency, & we are not County Funded! Our operation budget comes from memberships, donations & fundraisers. All officers & directors are volunteers. The animal problems are far greater than our financial resources. Many volunteer hours are donated to keep a positive animal welfare going in Fulton County. We are hoping to be finding land at an affordable rate or getting it donated so we can build a shelter to house more cats and be able to house dogs, which are currently in foster homes due to lack of space at our current rental.
