RCDC is a not-for-profit community development organization dedicated to increasing home ownership opportunities in the City of Newburgh for moderate income families and individuals.It will act as developer on rehabilitation and new construction projects involving residential, business or community properties which encourage a cycle of community-wide revitalization. RCDC will form partnerships with other Newburgh-based organizations to link and coordinate its activities with a comprehensive plan to rebuild the City's waterfront assets, its historic housing and business corridors, and promote heritage tourism.
