Cause Description:
Members of the Chorale are men and women who share the love of singing a variety of great music. We schedule three major performances each year and also perform for events sponsored by other non-profit, community service organizations. Auditions are held in September and January. Our Spring Concert is REQUIEM by Brahms. It is scheduled for 8 PM, Monday, March 27, 2000 at Hickory Flat United Methodist Church. We will be accompanied by an Orchestra of professional instrumentalists, including members of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. Selections for our May Dinner Concert are "Patriotic Tribute for Memorial Day", "Testament of Freedom" and "American Trilogy". Dates are Friday and Saturday, May 26th and 27th at the First United Methodist Church, Canton. For information about the Chorale, please call Barbara Tilley, President, at (770) 928-1893. Thank you.
