Cause Description:
The Friends of the Library is a grassroots support organization of the Sacramento Public Library. We raise money for library books and materials, and advocate for the library in the community. We fund several children's programs, including dial-a-story and dial-a-book, and help support other programs for all ages. We volunteer our time to shelve, repair and sort books, assist library patrons. We present special events of interest to library users. Your donations will help us continue to be "FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY." Thank you.
