Its main focus is spiritual growth through providing programs which include yogic disciplines, sufi practices, Buddhist meditations, nutrition and hydrotherapy as ways to heal. Practices are offered which help people learn to be fully and richly in the world without being attached and maintain a meditative and happy state of mind. Programs are ongoing.
