The Resource Center for Nonviolence promotes the conscious practice of nonviolence as a dynamic means of affecting personal change and creating a more just, peaceful and sustainable world. The Center is aligned with the methods and philosophy of Gandhi and Martin Luther King, Jr. in working for justice by life-affirming, nonviolent means. We provide materials (bookstore and library), counseling and training in nonviolent means for social change. We initiate local, national and international peace and justice programs and support existing organizations in the peace and justice arena.
