Established in 1990,The NRA Foundation supports firearm-related public interest activities of the NRA and other organizations,including: *Gun safety, marksmanship and hunter education for all ages *Personal protection training through the Refuse To Be A Victim® program *Child gun safety training through the Eddie Eagle® program *Disabled shooting and hunting programs *Academic research and public education on wildlife management, conservation, criminology and constitutional issues *Shooting range development and assistance *Law enforcement training and grants *Cooperative efforts with dozens of civic organizations and community groups, including local schools and colleges, the Boy Scouts, VFW, 4-H, FFA and the U.S. Jaycees Because its activities benefit all members of the community, The NRA Foundation is a 501(c)(3),tax-exempt organization under federal code, and all contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
