The Survivor Fund is a non-profit organization that will sponsor the Climb for Courage, an ascent of Alaska's 20,320' Mt. McKinley, in 2001. The Climb For Courage has two goals: to raise at least $500,000 to establish an endowment for the Bellevue/NYU Program for Survivors of Torture and to generate media attention and public support that will last well beyond the climb.
