Cause Description:
The ICA Group are Urban Venture Catalysts helping inner city communities and disadvantaged populations throughout the United States create quality jobs and build community assets through the development of community-based, social purpose enterprises. We are a national non-profit, 501(c)(3)organization established in 1978, whose mission is to promote human and economic development through the creation of model employee owned companies and community income generating projects that create and save jobs. Since 1978, ICA has created 45 businesses (both new companies and employee-buyouts) providing more than 6,000 jobs.
