Semper Vigilans is an all volunteer organization based in Rupert, Idaho that provides Law Enforcement and families assistance on missing persons, cold cases, and historical projects. We are trained in archaeology, incident command, bone identification, search and rescue. We train and handle search and rescue dogs, as well as certified cadaver dogs. There is never a charge to anyone, we run on donations and our own personal resources.
