Our mission is to humanely reduce the number of abandoned or unwanted cats and dogs in our communities through assistance and education on spaying and neutering and finding forever homes for rescued and rehabilitated animals. TAAS accomplishes this goal by offering low-cost spay & neuter services assistance and traps for rental to assist with trap-neuter-release (T-N-R). TAAS is dedicated to finding safe, loving forever homes for the animals in our foster care, providing community education about the importance of spaying/neutering and increasing involvement from citizens in efforts to decrease animal abuse, cruelty and over-population.
