Cause Description:
PA Racehorse Rehoming, Rehabilitation, and Rescue is a Non-Profit 501(c)3 Organization that helps ex-racehorses find new homes & careers after the racetrack, rehabs and rescues horses in need, educates the public of ex-racehorses talents and helps high-risk unwanted pets find new loving homes. We are run by a group of animal loving volunteers who have life long experience in the industry and are industry professionals. We have an equine veterinarian, racehorse trainers, marketing/design team, and other board members that all have life long experience. We started this program as a Facebook Page to network ex-racehorses and it has grown into a successful program that has been approved for Federal Non-Profit Charity Status under 501(c)(3) as of May 2014.
