Cause Description:
The GGI Foundation raises awareness and promotes health and treatment education to low income communities within the United States. Our goal is to reach out beyond our borders to developing nations and help families all over the world to deal with cancer and manage treatment through education. Far too many minority families and communities are poorly educated in early detection and treatment of cancer. This results in delayed treatment due to a lack of early detection resulting in lives cut short for many. Our goal is to help families and communities suffering through the effects of cancer and its treatments to minimize the side effects and extend their life spans. This happens through education.
