Cause Description:
Mayberry4Paws - a 501 c 3 non-profit group - works to subsidize the cost of spaying and neutering pets in economically disadvantaged households. The ultimate goal is to reduce the number of dogs/cats entering the Surry County Animal Shelter and reduce the number of pets killed there. We incorporate a fostering network into our mission to keep dogs safe while they await adoption. Fostering further reduces the number of dogs killed at the shelter.
