Since 1869, the Bright Promises Foundation (BPF), formerly known as the Illinois Humane Society, has been dedicated to providing a voice and assistance to those who need society's protection most. Bright Promises Foundation serves at-risk Illinois children by creating real opportunities for all children to have a bright future. We create these opportunities by finding solutions to important emerging issues and making strategic investments in organizations that are doing trail-blazing work for children.
