The mission of CASA is to serve as an independent voice in court for abused and neglected children of Lubbock County. CASA volunteers are trained and court appointed to investigate, monitor, report, and serve as advocates in court for abused/neglected children’s best interests. The CASA volunteer is there to help secure a permanent placement in a safe and caring environment for the child for whom he/she serves as a voice in Court.
