Esperanza is an organization dedicated to youth, families, and communities. Esperanza seeks to safely reduce reliance on out-of-home placement for court-involved youth by offering a community-based alternative to incarceration throughout the five boroughs of New York City. We work with young people and their families providing an intensive in-home therapeutic intervention. We also work with young people to engage in school and pro-social activities.
