Westbury CARE focuses on animal welfare in Southwest Houston in and around the neighborhood of Westbury. Westbury CARE rescues stray/abandoned animals to rehabilitate them in foster care to place them into approved adoptive homes. Westbury CARE provides education to the people in the area about animal related issues pertaining to Houston laws and responsible pet ownership. Westbury CARE works with animals that are feral and unable to be rehabilitated through a trap neuter release program and through public education on how to interact with and help the animals.
