Cause Description:
Can you imagine 20 players ready to play ice hockey, but no way to pay for their expenses? The players of Magruder High School Ice Hockey Club are anxious to bein the 99-00 season. The problem they face is being a Montgomery County Public School Club, the team receives no monetary support from the Board of Education, the school, or from its Booster Club. As a result, many of our players from the local schools will not be able to afford the $780 it costs per person to play. We're asking members of the community to support the Ice Hockey program by shopping at iGive.com. It's easy and it costs you nothing. Thanks for your support.
