Cause Description:
We are a Equine Rescue primarily long ears... 501 (c)(3) non-profit corporation (EIN # 27-4171720) dedicated to rescuing donkeys, mules and horses. We work to rescue the unloved and unhomed from abuse, neglect, starvation, abandonment, and slaughter. We provide them with their veterinary needs, nutrition, and rehabilitation as well as, providing them with the love, compassion, and attention some of them have never known. As with most non-profit equine rescues, the number of wonderful animals we are able to rescue depends so much on our budget. With your support, in the form of a Donation or Sponsorship, we can continue to grow and expand . Our residents thank you for your support. TMR Rescue is located on 204 acres in a little town called Todd Mission, TX. We are home to 400 donkeys, mules, and horses as well as a therapy goat... a herd of cats, and 8 rescued dogs (who need homes). We advocate for better lives for all equine, but our emphasis is long ears.
