Cause Description:
We are located in the Appalachian mtns. where all animal rescue is a great need. We rescue dogs, cats, farm animals and small wild life. We are the only rescue in a 45 minute radius and the only rescue within hours for certain animals.We have been rescuing out of our own pockets for over 30 years. We are now in great need of help for all the wonderful rescues we care for. The need only keeps getting greater in our area and we want to be able to keep helping all the animals we can. We do all meds., spay/neuter , love and give a forever home to any animal with special needs.We have done really well in adopting out and our goal is to keep that going. Most animals have to be adopted out of our area because of the lack of low cost spay/neuter here. We are working on that also. We are grateful for any help we can get - we are determined to keep doing all we can for all these precious beings.
