Cause Description:
It is the mission of Operation C.A.R.E. to support animal welfare programs and rescue by providing medical care to unwanted, abandoned and/or abused animals. Suitable homes for foster animals will be found through adoption programs. Shelter and sanctuary will be provided to all animals in foster care until adopted. Operation C.A.R.E. will support and provide public, low cost spay/ program.
