The mission Animal Rescue Assistance Team Tennessee (A.R.A.T.T.) is to facilitate the rescue and adoption of animals from animal control facilities. A.R.A.T.T. also assists individuals to re-home their pets, thereby preventing animals from entering animal control facilities in lower Middle Tennessee. In addition, A.R.A.T.T. provides assistance to any individual, group or entity who is working on the pet overpopulation issue in Tennessee focusing on Marshall County, TN
