H.A.N.D. has been providing attendant services since 1972. We incorporated as a nonprofit agency in 1976 and are licensed by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services to provide Personal Assistant services. OUR VISION: Communities where all individuals are empowered and supported, with what they need, when they need it, to live with dignity and choice. OUR MISSION: Providing exceptional, innovative care and support for those who need assistance with daily living, while inspiring others to do the same.
