1. Young Gents' Mission a. Our mission is to promote the knowledge, proper mannerisms, history and traditions that chivalry can change in the lives of young men, in schools and community to build a firm foundation for their successful life outcomes. 2.Young Gents' Vision a. To impact our communities by instilling character in young men through the study and execution of chivalry” b. Our vision is tat young men will acquire the basic tools for making good decisions, that they will choose positive alternatives and reduce the incidence of crime and self destructive behavior through the through the influence and mentoring approach of instilling the principles of chivalry. 3. Young Gents' Goals i. Assist in the consistent education and preservation of knowledge about the history and tradition of a gentleman as defined by Young Gents Inc. ii. Develop and distribute quality educational and interpretive materials about our program in order to assist the urban community members in the belief that chivalry can change lives, change schools and change communities. iii. Promote the proper mannerisms expected of a young gentleman as defined by the opinions of the young Gents founder, and iv. Establish and sustain special funds sufficient to accomplish these purposes and to support all expenses incidental thereto.
