Voices Will Be Heard Dog Rescue is made up of many amazing volunteers who have always held a special place in their heart for animals. Our mission? To keep as many dogs as we can from going to the shelter. We promote adoption rather than buying an animal. We also can't stress enough how important it is to spay and neuter pets. Spaying and neutering is the only way to end the pet overpopulation problem.
