Historic Interpretations, Inc.

Raleigh, North Carolina

Cause Description:
Historic Interpretations, Inc. educates by demonstrating the history, art, science, and culture of Europe and the Americas during the 16th to 18th centuries. We accomplish this by using hands-on activities, performances, and first person interpretation at festivals, historic sites, museums, and schools. Our staff features actors, re-enactors, historians, and artisans who enjoy the research involved to accurately portray the daily life of a historic persona. We passionately create detailed programs for schools, events, and other venues, using props and materials appropriate to the era represented. Our re-enactors create living history and are experienced in interacting with both mixed-age groups and school organizations, while maintaining the integrity of our first person historic personas.
