Friends of Animal Services is a 501(c)(3) organization created to allow all donations to go directly to Onslow County Animal Services (OCAS). OCAS is a full service community animal management program available 24/7 for public concerns. OCAS responds to public requests for animal services including: stray animal complaints, animal bite investigations, investigate animal cruelty and neglect, and inspect a variety of animal sites for violations. Our main shelter is open daily for all services including adoptions, lost pet recovering, rabies vaccinations, animal intake, etc.
