Led by a volunteer board, the Friends of the Racine Public Library work to create community knowledge and interest about the library. We contribute time, effort and resources to engage the community, promote awareness of impending legislation affecting public libraries and work as advocates for the library as necessary. Membership in the Friends is open to everyone who shares our vision of an outstanding public library, free and accessible to all.
