The mission of STRIVE is to provide programs and services that improve the future, educational outcome, care, and treatment of at-risk youth, adolescents with or without disability, and juvenile offenders in Essex and Union counties of New Jersey. We, as a community based organization, accomplish our mission through education, advocacy, prevention, early intervention, and through developing and nurturing their leadership, intellectual, and artistic abilities.
