Cause Description:
The Human Health Project (HHP) is a nonprofit organization that provides a free online service that enables anyone anywhere in the world to obtain free, accessible information about his/her health conditions, as well as support for both self-management of these health conditions and negotiating complex health systems. Human Health Project’s (HHP) service will allow an individual to post his or her conditions and questions on a HHP profile that he/she will set up. The individual can manage the degree of privacy. HHP will then connect the profile to social media networks, potentially collecting anything that anyone, anywhere, knows about these conditions and questions through a type of crowdsourcing of health information and experiences using what is known as the "wisdom of crowds." Mission: To integrate health care workers, patient advocates, and patients from around the world to provide free, accessible health solutions as a basic human right for all
