Cause Description:
Provides child development and Head Start services to farmworker families and other rural low-income families in centers, family day care home networks, through special health and disability programs and through dropout prevention programs. The primary thrust of all of RCMA's programs is to enable the children served by the organization to participate fully in the same opportunities for education, health services and social development that other children enjoy. RCMA believes that these goals are shared by the farmworkers and the growers, along with educators, public officials and community groups, and seeks to work with all individuals and organizations that agree with these objectives.
