The IBVM Sisters is an order of women religious who have been involved with education since the late 1800's, empowering those on the fringes of society, through their apostolic spirituality. We have ministries in the Chicago area: Mary Ward Center, Loretto House, Loretto Extension Services and Loretto Early Childhood Center, to name a few. Other Sisters engage in other ministries throughout the Chicago area, Sacramento,CA; Phoenix, AZ; and Michigan.
