Inspirit's mission is to provide specifically tailored emotional and social support to young widows and widowers by providing a friendly and judgment free environment to share each other's grief and to learn ways of coping with it. Those who are widowed young experience unique challenges and obstacles that can only be fully understood by someone in a similar circumstance. That's why Inspirit support group was founded and is led by people who know what you are going through and who want to help. In addition to finding and becoming "A Friend in Grief," resources will be made available to you to assist in your recovery and the rebuilding of your life.
