The Centex Humane Society's mission as a no-kill shelter is to house and care for the community's stray and unwanted animals. The society operates an adoption shelter that houses on average 80 dogs and 60 cats. The society also provides veterinary services to their residents. There are presently several heart worm positive dog in our care, as well as handicapped and special needs animals
