Cause Description:
CPAWS protects wilderness in every corner of B.C. and deep into the ocean by creating and safeguarding large parks, protected areas, and wilderness corridors. We are science based, we provide constructive solutions, and we practice respectful advocacy. Most of the wilderness left in B.C. and our coast is in public hands. Our goal is to protect at least half of it. We work collaboratively with communities, First Nations, industry, and government to achieve this goal.
