4-H Creating Community Networks is a unique 4-H program that delivers free summer and after school education programs to at risk youth in Chester County, PA. We physically go to where the need is: holding programming in apartment and trailer park communities, where the youth live, as well as schools, libraries, and parks. We use local resources; funds contributed to our program stay right here, in the community. Although part of Penn State Extension, this program is not funded through the university.
