Virginia NORML is a a 501 (c)4 Virginia non profit social welfare organization. Our mission is to seek the removal of criminal prosecution and penalties for responsible adult cannabis consumers in Virginia. We seek to educate Virginians with factual information regarding the damage that marijuana prohibition has caused, the positive social and economic benefits that will impact Virginia by ending cannabis prohibition, and extensive scientific research supporting medicinal use. Virginia NORML upholds a positive and proactive involvement within the Virginia legislative process, and work to empower Virgina residents by encouraging civic participation and involvement.
