By charter, FACT is designed to be local, intimate, and all-accomodating. •Strongest Advocates For Independence From the very beginning of our relationship with a family, FACT's focus is based on future independence and "quality of life". •"Commitment for Life" FACT currently offers support and treatment for families and individuals from age 2 to 82. We believe it's never too late and never too early to help individuals be all they can be.
