Madison County Rescue Squad, Inc (MCRS) is a volunteer agency, established in 1963 that provides emergency care to the citizens of Madison County, Virginia. MCRS volunteers provide Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support to the entire County of Madison. The volunteers of MCRS mission, passion, commitment and purpose for volunteering with the Squad is to be able to provide superior pre-hospital emergency basic and advanced life support and ambulance transport to the residents and visitors of our community, at no charge.
