Samuel & Serena’s Hope Foundation was founded in March 0f 2011 by Connie Hilbmann and Mayra Cisneros two moms on a mission to spread awareness of congenital heart defects and help those in need during the long and trying hospital stays. The foundation is in the process of becoming a 501(c)3 non-profit status and in the future all contributions will be tax deductible.
