We rescue dogs that are on death row in shelters, and take owner surrenders if the next step will be a kill shelter. The dogs are placed in foster homes where they are lovingly cared for, fully vetted and neutered, and when they are ready they are adopted to the best homes for them. Heart to Heart is a nationwide rescue organization with foster homes in many US states.
