The goal is to develop a structure that can promote successful aging and respond to the changing needs of its residents as they age in place. Services include Case Assistance, Case Management, Advocacy, Social Services, Education & Health Promotion, Recreation, and Transportation Services. These are available FREE of CHARGE to adults over 60.
