Cause Description:
CUMI aims to ensure positive lifelong development of Camden's young people. Originally founded in 1997, CUMI dissolved initially dude to internal dissent but reformed in 2007 with assistance from the city's United Methodist Church. Church officials were able to articulate a common goal of concentrating the churches' efforts to reversing the trends of failure found commonly among Camden Youth.
