Our mission is to honor, preserve and perpetuate the memory and dignity of the men and women of the Miami Valley who have served in the U. S. Armed Forces, Coast Guard, and Wartime Merchant Marine. We support the community through our museum activities, educational programs, oral histories, and community programs that keep alive the contributions and experiences of those who served. All monies raised goes directly to supporting the VMMV's programs and operations. The mission of the museum began in the summer of 2009 with the goal of making sure that our veterans "Shall Not Be Forgotten".
