Our mission is (1) to empower low - to - moderate income families in achieving self-sufficiency, (2) to promote health and nutrition and (3) to enable business ownership. KACEF provides several programs that assist families, children and businesses. KACEF's Young Achievers Leadership Fund promotes the development of at-risk, disadvantaged and low- income children/youth in realizing their full potential academically, vocationally and socially.
